1. Download the Forum Registration file to your computer from here

2. Complete registration information

3. Save the file as a PDF
(File > Save As...)

4. Print a copy for your records

5. Email the completed PDF file you saved to
cashmore@entre-ed.org

6. Press Continue to process your credit card
